Alba is inspired by the calm and present moments that are often lost in a busy everyday life. I wanted to create a work that evokes a sense of curiosity and invites the viewer to pause and immerse themselves in the subtle details.

For me, Alba was meant to hold both strength and softness at the same time. The glossy outer surface reflects the surrounding light, giving the work an almost living presence, while the matte interior creates a sense of calm and depth.

Alba is therefore about presence, reflection, and creating small moments of stillness in a world that often moves quickly.

MAINTENANCE

LIQUIDS: The material is waterproof but cannot withstand liquids above 40 degrees Celsius. Therefore, you should clean the artwork with lukewarm water and soap.

LIGHT & HEAT: Only LED lights should be used, as the material cannot withstand open flames or heat. When LED lights are switched on, a soft, warm glow is created, which enhances the artwork's organic expression and transforms it depending on light and surroundings.

All works are unique and therefore there may be minor deviations in the measurements.

MATERIAL

Made from bio-based resin, which is an innovative and energy-saving alternative to traditional resins.

The bio-based content primarily comes from waste from third-generation resources, which reduces CO₂ emissions and requires less energy during production in France.

I create each piece without the use of external energy, which promotes the unique patterns.

The material has an exceptional ability to interact with light and highlight beautiful, organic details in each sculpture. It is UV-protected, ensuring that it retains its color and quality over time, unlike conventional plastics.

Do you do special orders?

No, not at the moment, we are still in a start-up phase and Emilie unfortunately does not have time to make artworks beyond the designs we already have.

How can I be sure how my artwork looks?

Art is not meant to be the same, or perfect. That's why you can't be 100% sure how your new artwork will look. All artworks are handmade and made with a high content of bio-based resin. Each side is unique, giving you the freedom to decorate the artwork as you think best fits your home. But the same for all artworks, we focus on soft, organic shapes and a minimalist design that can be used both with and without flowers.

When will new designs come out?

Creativity comes and goes, so do our designs. Therefore, you cannot be sure that a certain design will be in our range or when new ones will arrive. You can follow along on Instagram, Facebook or through our newsletter when there are new designs on the way.
