Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact me at hello@wavesstudio.dk within 14 days of receiving your order. I will then provide you with instructions and arrange a return shipping label if required.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Products showing signs of wear, use, damage, or altered packaging cannot be accepted for return.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14 day period, I can provide a return shipping label via email. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount and corresponds to the standard shipping rate for a parcel weighing 1 to 5 kg.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method.

Consumer Protection

For customers within the European Union, Waves.STUDIO provides a 2 year warranty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and the EU Directive on the Sale of Goods. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that were present at the time of delivery. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, misuse, or damage resulting from failure to follow the recommended care instructions.

Waves.STUDIO reserves the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, cancel orders affected by them. In such cases, customers will be informed as soon as possible and will receive a full refund.
